Does this sound familiar?
Midlife changes can make familiar nutrition and wellness strategies feel less effective. You may notice:
Changes in weight, energy, sleep, or appetite
Blood sugar, cholesterol, or other metabolic concerns
Difficulty finding clear nutrition guidance and building habits that fit your life
Together, we can develop a realistic pathway based on your needs, health history, and daily life.

My mission is to help clients create realistic and individualized pathways toward better energy, metabolic wellness, and long-term well-being through evidence-informed nutrition counseling, supportive education, and sustainable lifestyle strategies.
Rather than restrictive dieting or quick fixes, I focus on helping clients build habits that feel practical, balanced, and supportive of real life.

A partner in your path to wellness.
I’m Amanda Elliston, M.Ed., LDN, ALC, CLC. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, my Master of Education from Westfield State University, and my associate degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
I have been a Massachusetts Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) since 2011 and have continued to expand my expertise through advanced training in functional and integrative nutrition. My professional background also includes many years of lactation support, beginning with my Certified Lactation Counselor credential in 2009 and later advancing to Advanced Lactation Consultant.
I combine evidence-based nutrition, education, and practical food knowledge with a warm approach that respects your lived experience. My role is not to hand you a rigid list of rules. It is to listen, teach, and help you create a pathway that feels both meaningful and possible.
